These are the reservation pick-up shelves of the small SF Public Library two blocks from my apartment. Look at all those neighborhood readers. I don't even care what they're reading, just heartened to know they're willing to take on more than 280 characters at a time. (I picked up "THE ROOF: The Beatles' Final Concert, by Ken Mansfield, former U.S. Manager Apple Records. It sounded good, the concert and the book!)
