This is early morning on the northeast corner of Market & Van Ness. I walked past this heavily scaffolded location for months, assuming they were remodeling the building. Instead they were demolishing it. Diagonally across from this site a 55-story condo tower will be going up soon. Apparently there is plenty of new housing being built in San Francisco, you just have to be a millionaire to afford it.
