I spotted this classic cobalt blue Buick Skylark Custom, rocking high-maintenance spoke rims, in the garage of my office building. I'd say the vintage is 1968-1969. The owner not only braved this beauty on SF's notorious streets, but did so on a stormy day complete with flood warnings.
