Feathering your nest with marble. In an upper corner of the "Portals Of The Past" memorial in Golden Gate Park. It's the former grand marble entryway of a massive home owned by a railroad baron who lived atop Nob Hill. The 1906 Earthquake & Fire destroyed the rest of the mansion.
